The logistics area spans both Odense Municipality and Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality, and this geographical breadth has become a strength in the project’s development.
The two municipalities have joined forces to create the best possible framework for what is set to become Denmark’s largest logistics hub. They work closely across municipal boundaries to ensure efficient planning, local anchoring, and sustainable urban development.
Odense Dry Port is intended to be a driver of business growth, green transition, and international competitiveness – and both municipalities share the ambition to create a project that generates lasting value for all of Fyn.
Odense contributes its position as an industrial growth engine and access to Odense Port and the international network. Faaborg-Midtfyn brings local anchoring, space, and the opportunity to develop new jobs and business structures in and around Odense.
